Rapper Konsta sang the soundtrack for Oʻzbekistonlik, about the story of successful compatriots. The song premiered on April 18 with its music video and was viewed 100,000 times on YouTube in one day.
Konsta said he was inspired by the movie Oʻzbekistonlik and authored this song for this purpose. He also stated that the product of his creation reflected his life.
"When I watched the movie, I remembered what I went through when I saw the characters there. In 2012, a boy who travelled for 250,000 soums for seven days and reached Russia, a young man with dreams of the world, but who needs to earn money to live, who lives in rubber-like apartments, tackled all the difficulties before achieving success.
For this reason, the idea raised in the film was very close to my soul. They pushed forward against all odds until they reached their goals, the trials made them stronger.
Recently, with the creators of the project, the idea of creating a unique anthem for the film Oʻzbekiston was born. Our idea came from the same place. They supported this idea, and a new track was created. The song is about me, you, and us yesterday and today. We tried to convey through this track that you should never stop until you reach your goal, and that you are not alone. This is one of the main ideas of the project," he wrote on his page on the social network.
