For the first time in history, Uzbekistan’s Olympic football team will take part in the Olympic Games. To support our team, which has achieved this historic result, representatives of the creative industry have joined forces on the initiative of Uzbekistan’s Club to carry out the project “I am from Uzbekistan — victory is in my blood”.
The initiative has been supported by a number of organisations and companies, including the Uzbekistan Football Association, the National Olympic Committee, the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan, the Youth Affairs Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the “Vatandoshlar” public foundation, the Centre for Spirituality and Enlightenment, Uzbekistan Airways and Ucell.
As part of the “I am from Uzbekistan — victory is in my blood” project, the official anthem of Uzbekistan’s Olympic football team is currently being filmed in the large pavilion of the Media Centre of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan. A special creative team made up of companies such as Venkon PR, United Soft, Ahad Mix Group and Dilshoh Media Art Sraft has been formed for this purpose, and the renowned cinematographer Maks Sui has been invited from Germany.
It will feature the team’s stars and head coach Timur Kapadze. The musical track will be Konsta’s song “O‘zbekistonlik”.
The project is scheduled to be presented during a large gala concert at Humo Arena on 30 June, marking Youth Day, and the large-scale #QonimdaGalaba challenge will be launched on 1–18 July.
The challenge is nationwide in scope. All citizens and compatriots abroad will be able to take part. Details of the challenge and the terms of the contest will be announced soon
